Applies to emergency calls outside business hours: weeknights after 6pm and before 7am, all day Saturday and Sunday, public holidays. Not all services charge after-hours fees – we quote total price upfront.
If the truck arrives and you're not present or not ready, some companies charge waiting time. Be ready when we arrive to avoid this.
Small surcharge for credit/debit card payments. Cash payments avoid this fee. We disclose this before accepting payment.
